Above the stunning village of Burley with outstanding views and space, we make a wonderful base for all your family festivities, whether you are joining us for lunch, brunch or for a few magical days.

Your very own frosted forest playground perfect for winter wildlife as they are wearing their fully coats or just watching them for from a comfy sofa after enjoying a feast.  There is plenty to do, plenty to eat and plenty of space to take a breather whatever takes your fancy.

Christmas sparkle and New Year jolliness will be in abundance to ensure festivities are very merry for friends and family.

DETAILS & PRICES
All prices throughout are per person. Single supplements apply. A £100 per person deposit is required at the time of booking for Christmas and New Year breaks with the final balance due by 1st November 2021, or a £20 per person deposit for Christmas Day lunch with the balance due by 1st December 2021.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Please note, all deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates, activities and amenities are subject to change without notice and liability.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
All our food is prepared in kitchens where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Should any of your party have any special requests or dietary requirements please let us know when making your booking.
